They use typical regional ranges and simplified assumptions; they are not engineering, not a quote, and not a substitute for a design professional, the building code, or an on-site review. Header and beam outputs must be verified against the applicable code tables or by a design professional of record before use. Mavericks is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of tool output.
A written quote from Mavericks Construction LLC is an offer to perform the scope it describes, at the price it states, valid for the period shown (30 days unless noted). Work begins only under a signed quote, proposal or subcontract, which controls over anything on this website. Quotes cover framing labor (and material where stated) for the contractor of record on the project; permits, inspections and trades not listed are excluded unless the quote says otherwise.
Mavericks Construction LLC is a fully insured framing subcontractor serving builders, general contractors and remodelers, and quotes roofing and deck work directly. On projects that require a building permit, the permit is held by the project's contractor of record or the property owner, not by Mavericks, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
