Labor only. You or your builder buys the lumber, trusses and hardware through your own yard, and we send the list of what to order so nothing is missed. That keeps your supplier pricing yours, and the number from us covers one thing, the framing labor. That is the default and what builders want. Labor plus material is available on request and usually fits homeowners better.
